My overall role was to fulfill my clients’ overall needs and desirability’s in a suitable and reasonable time-span, in which adjustments and re-adjustments were made when clients requested alterations to their initial desires, or fixes for their ongoing issues

Key results:

• Developed three working business sites for multiple small companies that fit each of their needs

• Troubleshot a malfunctioning web-application for several users

• Work collaboratively in a team of four to completion re-design a U-I for an educational web application

• Assisted in the repair of multiple users’ corrupt computing devices, without permanently damaging their hardware/files

BWS Sales Assistant

My overall role within BWS has been to continuously meet and assist all customer needs and requests, alongside presenting myself and the business in a professional and respectable manner. On top of this, teamwork and passion are encouraged frequently, in order to meet our weekly sales targets.

Key results:

• Continuously worked collaboratively with over four team members to complete our daily duties and responsibilities 

• An active team member in our third most successful financial year (up 7.6 percent from 2014)

• Planned a fortnight’s worth of rosters and duties as a fill in manager, while my acting manager was on leave

Diamond Valley Basketball Association Umpire

2013-2016

 

My overall responsibilities within DVBA were continuously focused towards the games and were professionally officiated at a respectable and safe standard, without jeopardizing the quality, integrity and flow of each individual basketball game

​

Key results:

• Continuously worked collaboratively in a team based environment with other referees, players and spectators across hour based schedules

• Acquired my B-Grade officiating license, allowing me to umpire higher quality games across the entirety of Victoria
